We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. However, because our items are made-to-order specifically for you, our return policy is stricter than mass-market retailers.

Return Policy by Item Type

1. Made-to-Order Items (Standard Handbags & Accessories)

• Eligible for Store Credit or Exchange only.
• Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery.
• We do not offer cash refunds on made-to-order items, as materials were cut specifically for your purchase.

2. Bespoke & Custom Items (Final Sale) The following items are created to your specific measurements or specifications and are Final Sale (not eligible for return or exchange):

• Custom Watch Bands (cut to specific wrist length/lug width).
• Items with requested color or size modifications not listed on the site.

Condition of Returns

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

How to Initiate a Return
